Satellite Workshop

Airport Transfers

Convenient transfers between the airport and Melbourne city are provided by door-to-door shuttle buses and taxis. Shuttle buses cost around $15 to $20 per person, one way. Taxi hire is around $50-$55 plus a $2 or $3 airport service charge. Check the service providers' web sites for up-to-date prices.

Shuttle buses

Skybus is a shuttle bus service operating between Melbourne Airport and the Southern Cross station in the Melbourne CBD. The service runs 24 hours a day, with schedules running 10-15 minutes through the day, and every 30-60 minutes overnight.

From the Southern Cross Station, complimentary Skybus Hotel Shuttle services operate during the day, from 0600 through to 2200, Monday to Friday, and 0730-1830 on weekends. For further information visit the Skybus website.

JetBus Airport shuttle provides a direct service between Tullamarine (Melbourne) airport and your accommodation within the Melbourne CBD.

Kingsford Smith Transport (KST) Melbourne provides regular pre-booked shuttle services to and from Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine direct to city hotels or other accommodation. There are discounts for on-line bookings made before day of travel.
