Bachelor of Biological Sciences (Hons.) La Trobe University

Professional Experience

Completed Bachelor of Biological Sciences (Hons.) at La Trobe University, Bundoora, with a focus on Genetics and Zoology. The honours year was spent in the genetics department studying the population genetics of taste sensitivity genes. Currently a Dairy Futures CRC funded La Trobe University PhD student working at the Department of Primary Industries' Victorian AgriBiosciences Centre. The Research employs bioinformatics and systems biology to research protein synthesis regulation in the mammary gland.
